The chat asks questions about your project and asks for details such as your name and phone number. The page you are on, the website that referred you and any campaign or advertising codes in the page address are recorded with your chat session. Before your details are submitted, the chat shows its own consent statement about being contacted by phone and text message; please read it before you continue. After you submit, the chat may show a phone number for you to call or arrange a call to the number you provided. You can also choose to call us yourself instead.

Messages and details you enter in the chat are collected by the chat provider and made available to us so we can respond to your enquiry. The chat window itself loads additional third-party services, listed below, including TrustedForm, which may record information about your interaction with the chat form, for example to document how and when information was submitted. Who answers the chat

Chats on this website are answered by Leads Magician, a call centre that handles enquiries for several websites, including ours. Details you enter in the chat are received by Leads Magician and used to respond to your enquiry.

To answer your request, Leads Magician may share your contact and project details with partner companies that provide the service you asked about. Those companies may contact you about your request.

If you accept the consent statement shown in the chat, you may be contacted by automated calls, prerecorded messages and text messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
